Dr Kirsten van Haaster is a tenant of Monbulk Family Clinic and provides GP services as an independent practitioner. Dr van Haaster graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1995, completing her Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Fellowship in 2003.

Dr van Haaster lives in the Dandenong Ranges with her family.

​

She greatly enjoys the broad scope of general practice and has interests in medicine through all life stages.

Dr van Haaster is a Registrar training supervisor for the RACGP and also provides services for AGPAL, an organisation that manages General Practice accreditation.  

She periodically works as a GP locum in remote Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory.
